As we are on lockdown, you deeply miss concerts so much you could desperately throw a karaoke party on your own. To help you out and stop making a fool out of you, some artists have decided to provide in streaming some of their best shows. After Indochine or Metallica, it’s Radiohead’s turn to get talked about.
The British band, famous for hits such as “Creep”, “No Surprises” or even “Karma Police” have announced to put online, and for free, a video every week. Thom Yorke and his buddies will propose you to relive from your home some of their best shows recorded along their thirty-five-year long career.
To experience free of charge and in streaming on Radiohead’s YouTube channel, this weekly musical event starts on April 9 at 11 p.m. (CEST) with “Live From A Tent” recorded in October 2000 in Dublin, Ireland.
Radiohead shared the good news on social networks: “Now that you have no choice whether or not your fancy a quiet night in, we hereby present the first of several LIVE SHOWS […]. We will be releasing one a week until either the restrictions resulting from the current situations are easer, or we run out of shows. Which will be first?”
