For fans of this musical genre living in the Grand Est region, here's some news to put a smile on your face. The Nancy Open Air confirms its return and organizes the second edition of its special metal weekend!
Simply named"Heavy Weekend", this festival is once again likely to arouse the curiosity of many metalheads, expected in Maxéville from Friday June 6 to Sunday June 8, 2025.
For three days, several bands and artists will take to the stage at the Zénith du Grand Nancy. And look out for Gérard Drouot Productions ' second Heavy Weekend, featuring Slipknot as Sunday's headliner!
The American nu metal band, hailing from Des Moines and led by Corey Taylor, is aiming to topple the Zénith du Grand Nancy on Sunday June 8, 2025, to close the event.
Other names confirmed for 2025? Powerwolf. The German power metal band will be at Nancy Open Air on Friday June 6, 2025. Dream Theater will be performing on Saturday June 7.
