Ile-de-France celebrates theater 2024: free events at leisure centres

If you're looking for free good deals, check out the must-see summer events in the Île-de-France region: L'Île-de-France fête le théâtre. From July 9 to August 29, 2024, the Île-de-France region is offering a free and diverse theater festival. Shows and workshops await young and old in various leisure islands: Port aux Cerises, Créteil, Cergy-Pontoise, and Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines. Not only does it invite you to be a spectator, but also an actor and dancer, if you're so inclined!

This 8th edition of the festival, orchestrated by Les Tréteaux de France, offers a program rich in cultural diversity, with theater, dance, circus, music...

Here are the dates and locations not to be missed:

• Île de loisirs du Port aux Cerises in Vigneux-sur-Seine, from July 20 to 25, 2024
• Île de loisirs de Créteil, July 9 to 14, 2024
• Île de loisirs de Cergy-Pontoise, August 13-18, 2024
• Île de loisirs de Val-de-Seine in Verneuil-sur-Seine, August 24 to 29, 2024
  

The program includes over 100 performances of 19 shows under a big top, in the open air or in a caravan. And for those who want to be part of the experience, over 120 introductory workshop sessions are on offer.
