Théâtre de la Concorde: new cultural venue opens soon

The Théâtre de la Concorde is about to open its doors! On Saturday, October 5, the public will be able to stroll through this new, redesigned and renovated hybrid cultural venue. Formerly known as Espace Cardin, the theater is now a place for debate, reflection and contradiction, thanks to a varied cultural program.

Each month, the Théâtre de la Concorde will offer a different theme: women in March, memory in April, Europe in May and the body in June. These themes will be explored in a variety of cultural forms:shows, plays, workshops, concerts, exhibitions and even an escape game, so that young and old alike can discover their many facets. You can look forward to discovering these new cultural features from October 5, 2024.

Elsa Boublil, director of the Théâtre de la Concorde, wants cultural activities to be participative, interactive and engaging, and that's why new activities, in contrast to those seen in other theaters, will be introduced. The City of Paris, wanting this new cultural venue to be above all a democratic one, has planned workshops, conferences, training courses and themed events on the theme of democracy, citizenship, inclusion, social justice and so on.
