This autumn, Parisians of all ages will discover an artistic walk on the borders of reality: the Parc de la Villette unveils a luminous open-air exhibition honoring thesurrealist artist Salvador Dali. Join us from November 16, 2023 to January 7, 2024 for this unique nocturnal experience, which is set to give us a new perspective on the world: L'art dans la Nature, l'extravagant parcours lumineux de Dalí (Art in Nature, Dalí's Extravagant Luminous Journey).
Painter, sculptor, writer, screenwriter, jewelry designer and much more, Salvador Dalí is probably one of the most influential artistic figures of the 20th century. The Spanish artist is the standard-bearer of surrealism, and his extravagant style and personality have left a lasting impression. His most famous creations include " La Persistance de la Mémoire" (The Persistence of Memory) and its famous melted clocks, "La Tentation de Saint-Antoine" (The Temptation of Saint Anthony ) and"Cygnes refétant des éléphants" (Swans reflecting elephants).
