From November 21, 2023, theHôtel de la Marine invites you to discover France's gastronomic heritage, during exceptional workshops, Tuesday to Saturday, 11am to 10pm. Oenology, patisserie and cuisine are on the program, with an outstanding team of renowned chefs led by Eric Briffard, Meilleur Ouvrier de France cuisinier, and Fabrice Danniel, finalist in the Meilleur Ouvrier de France pâtissier competition.
Eighteenth-century cuisine, French regional cuisine, the culinary heritage of the French overseas territories, the history and culture of French vineyards, French wines and cheeses - these are just some of the fascinating subjects that will have you salivating and perfuming the Hôtel de la Marine with delicious aromas. During these workshops,fresh, quality, seasonal products will be favored, to showcaseFrench producers and craftsmen and awaken all the senses of participants.
These workshops will take place in the former apartments of Madame de Ville-d'Avray, located on the mezzanine floor of the Hôtel de la Marine, fitted out, equipped and furnished by Le Cordon Bleu, the renowned institute of culinary arts and hotel management, in partnership with the Centre des monuments nationaux.
