Artisans d'Excellence 2024: the Arts Décoratifs tradeshow at a prestigious Paris venue

Calling all art, architecture and design enthusiasts - from November 7 to 9, 2024, theHôtel des Italiens will be transformed into a veritable cathedral of craftsmanship to host the first edition of the Artisans d'Excellence trade show. This majestic Haussmann building, the historic headquarters of Crédit Lyonnais (LCL), invites both professionals and the general public to a total immersion in art and creation, all in a majestic setting in the heart of the capital.

This exhibition promises to put the spotlight on some seventy craftsmen and material artists, celebrating the excellence of French know-how in a 600 m² space. Under the watchful eye of Brice Tual, Anne-Sophie Pailleret and Frédéric Imbert, each piece on display embodies the perfect marriage of tradition and innovation. From blacksmiths to master glassmakers, from cabinetmakers to ceramists, the magic of materials works its magic, captivating the eye.

Beneath the 20-metre-high Eiffel glass roofs, artisans will share their passion and exceptional know-how along a path that puts eco-responsibility at the forefront. Interior architect Anne-Sophie Pailleret will open the walk with her gallery of lighting fixtures, while designer and scenographer Brice Tual will guide you on a stroll where each decorative panel reveals the wealth of materials and skills of each craftsman. And let's not forget the unstructured fresco by interior architect and designer Frédéric Imbert, illustrating organic forms adorned with eco-friendly materials, flirting with the rotunda.
