Attention Disney fans! After Disney 100: l'Amitié c'est Merveilleux, it's now the turn of the Disney100exhibition, which has been touring the world since 2023, to move to Paris Expo Porte de Versailles from April 2025. The exhibition celebrates a century of magic and innovation by The Walt Disney Company, and takes visitors on a journey through Disney's history, from the beginnings of animation to the universe of current franchises such as Marvel and Star Wars. An opportunity for fans to discover more about the company's heritage.
Divided into several thematic sections, the exhibition highlights key moments in Disney history, as explained by our colleagues at disneyphile. Visitors can explore early creations such as Oswald the Lucky Rabbit and Mickey Mouse, or admire over 250 historical pieces, including costumes and props from iconic films such as Merlin the Enchanter and Mary Poppins. Recent additions include elements from live-action productions such as The Little Mermaid and Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny.
In addition to the artifacts on display, a number of interactive experiences await participants, such as the use of real-time motion capture technologies or demonstrations based around the Disney Parks' audio-animatronic hands. After stops in Munich, London and Seoul, this traveling exhibition promises to draw crowds in France, while continuing to evolve at each destination. An enriching visit for young and old, not to be missed!
