Nuits des Étoiles 2024 at the Uranoscope de l'Île-de-France (77)

How about spending the first weekend in August with your head in the air? With Nuit des Étoiles 2024, take advantage of the beautiful summer nights to admire the stars in the company of amateur or professional astronomers. Among the many activities on offer in the region on this occasion, theUranoscope d'Île-de-France, located in Gretz-Armainvilliers, Seine-et-Marne, invites you to discover all the mysteries of the celestial vault on August 9 and 10, 2024. The event is totally free and open to all!

From 9 p.m. to 2 a.m., families will be able to contemplate the stars using a range of scientific instruments, as well as immerse themselves in the magical world of astronomy with a lecture and naked-eye observations. And to help you discover the starry sky, a free sky map will be available at the start of the evening, with all the explanations you need to follow along and learn everything you need to know about the stars!
