Less than ten kilometers from the medieval town of Provins, in the Seine-et-Marne region, in the hamlet of Savigny, in Saint-Hilliers, there's an educational farm where many furry and feathered residents live. It's the perfect opportunity to discover them on a day out with the kids!

Welcome to Ferme de Saint-Hilliers, the perfect educational farm for a family outing. Here, you'll discover no fewer than 30 two- and four-legged residents: donkeys, pigs, cows, horses, rabbits, goats, as well as numerous farmyard animals, including geese, guinea fowl, chicks, ducks... The world of the farm awaits you.

During your family visit, you'll be able to milk goats, hold baby chicks in your hands, collect eggs from laying hens in the straw, cut wool from sheep's backs... Or take the opportunity to cuddle the animals, pat the pigs, brush the donkeys and horses, etc. Each visit lasts two hours and is supervised by a farm guide, and costs €10 per person. The farm is open on Saturdays and public holidays, on some Sundays and on weekdays only during school vacations. The visit always takes place at 3pm and ends at 5pm: in any case, we recommend that you call the farm, as registrations are only taken by telephone!

The Saint-Hilliers farm actually dates back to the 17th century: Michel Mellinger bought it in 1977 and used it for farming until 1994. However, from 1992 onwards, children regularly visited the farm to meet the animals: little by little, the farm began to offer local children the chance to meet its strange residents during family visits, which are still very popular today!
