For a rural outing less than an hour from Paris, head for the Val-d'Oise department and, more specifically, the Chauvry farm, located in the small village of the same name, in the heart of the Montmorency forest. The Ribollet family has been raising Alpine goats here since 1975.
So, all year round, you can discover the farm, its goats and the daily routine that goes on there: milking the animals, making the cheeses, selling them in the store... All you need to do is make an appointment to visit, and we'll even offer you a tasting session! On-site, you can also buy products made directly at the goat farm, with cheeses that have won several awards at the national agricultural competition (held annually at the Salon de l'Agriculture).
