For cheese lovers, a Palais du Fromage, with a 1500 m² tasting area, will be built in the heart of Paris in 2025.

If you're a lover of Brie, Camembert, Comté, Roquefort or goat's cheese of any kind, this new temple to cheese should delight you. Following the announcement of the forthcoming opening of the Musée du fromage, the Palais du Fromage is now on the horizon.

On the agenda: a 1500 m² space offering an immersive, multi-sensory tasting experience. More than just a place to discover, it's a place to live, and one that promises to become the benchmark for all cheese lovers.

Sponsored by Jamy Gourmaud, a great cheese lover, and imagined by Fabrice Gepner, a cheese enthusiast who wears many hats, including influencer with over 50k followers on TikTok and Instagram(@lecheesegeek), cheesemaker-refiner and seasoned entrepreneur.

Planned for 2025, the Palais du Fromage will require an investment of 7 million euros, partly financed by a crowdfunding campaign to be launched on June 5.

In short, for all you Munster, Parmesan and Gorgonzola lovers out there, get ready to plunge into cheese heaven, and maybe even be one of its contributors. We've only got a few months to wait to find out the address of this temple to cheese, promised to be right in the heart of the capital.
