The RATP and SNCF network will experience further disruptions this weekend, from Saturday 29 to Sunday 30 March 2025. Several RER, Transilien and metro lines will be affected.

A new weekend of work on the RATP and SNCF networks in the Île-de-France region is scheduled for Saturday March 29 to Sunday March 30, 2025, to make progress on the Grand Paris construction projects, upcoming metro line extensions or simply to keep the network in good condition. Is there going to be a lot of work this time, or is it going to be a quiet weekend? Beware of traffic disruptions and train cancellations, which sometimes need to be anticipated well in advance to avoid unpleasant surprises!

This weekend, 4 RER lines, 6 Transilien lines, 3 tramway lines and 1 metro line are affected. To find alternative routes if you need to travel, the Transilien SNCF website offers alternatives, with buses regularly scheduled to serve stations.

Here are the works scheduled for the weekend of March 29 and 30, 2025

Metro disruptions

  • Line 9: traffic interrupted on the entire line on Sunday March 30. Buses will operate between Pont de Sèvres and Michel-Ange - Auteuil, as well as between Nation and Mairie de Montreuil.

Which RERs will be affected?

What disruption to Transilien trains?

  • Line P: traffic disrupted on weekend evenings between Gare de l'Est and Meaux, Coulommiers or Château-Thierry.

  • Lines K, L, N, U: traffic on these lines will also be suspended from 9pm to 11pm depending on the situation. Substitute buses will take over.

And what about the metro and tramway?

  • T1: traffic disrupted between Noisy-le-Sec and Escadrille Normandie-Niémen from March 24 to 30.

  • T2: interruption between Porte de Versailles and Suzanne Lenglen all week.

  • T3B: Sunday March 30, service interruption between 8:30 a.m. and 12:45 p.m. between Rosa Parks and Porte de la Villette due to a sports event.

What advice do you have for users during these disruptions?

Passengers are advised toplan ahead, checking the timetable of replacement buses and allowing for extra travel time. They can consult real-time information via official applications such as SNCF Connect, Île-de-France Mobilités, or by following the Twitter accounts of the lines concerned. It is also advisable to ask station agents for precise, up-to-date information.

In short, get ahead of the game so you don't waste time and avoid disappointment!
