Val-d'Oise: where is the department's best 2025 traditional baguette?

The Chambre de Métiers et de l'Artisanat du Val-d'Oise has delivered its results for the year 2025. So, where can you find the best traditional French baguette in the département? We've got the answer.

After Seine-et-Marne, Yvelines and Paris, we now reveal where the best traditional baguette in Val-d'Oise can be found. This winter, the Val-d'Oise Chamber of Trades and Crafts organized the 2025 edition of this gourmet competition, which takes place every year and pits the region's bakers against each other.

Once again, many entries were received, but only one won the top prize. So, who was it? Where can you go to enjoy the best traditional French baguette in 95? The results were revealed on March 19 by the Val-d'Oise Chamber of Trades and Crafts.

The Boulay bakeryin Beaumont-sur-Oise took first place in the ranking thanks to Frédéric Boulay. He took first place in the " company manager/employer " category. Pierre Poupard , from the Boulangerie du Moulin in Nesles-La-Vallée, followed closely behind to take second place. In third place was Jacques-Edouard Duffour from the boulangerie-pâtisserie Rouget in Ezanville.

In the employee category, Vincent Sedille of Boulay bakery in Beaumont-sur-Oise won first prize. Ibrahima Tambadou, also from Boulay's bakery in Beaumont-sur-Oise, won first prize in the apprentice category.
