Available in Seine-Saint-Denis since December 2023, L'Avant-Poste defines itself as a committed, cultural third-place.
Located in a postal building that has been vacant since 2014 in Raincy, L'Avant Poste 's mission is to improve the quality of urban life in the 93 département by offering coworking spaces (with 50 workstations available and 3 meeting rooms), as well as a bar area (cocktails, wines, non-alcoholic drinks à la carte) and snack bar (charcuterie, cheese, fresh vegetables...) not forgetting a series of cultural events (conferences, exhibitions, workshops, theater, workshops, concerts...). A 350 m² garden can also be discovered on site.
In all, 944 m² of the former postal building have been renovated to create L'Avant Poste. The aim? To create an environment conducive to work, life, meetings and entertainment ", but also "to anchor entrepreneurship in the region, creating jobs that cannot be relocated ", explain Cécile and Sébastien, the couple who co-founded L'Avant Poste, in a press release.
Easily accessible by public transport (RER E, Bus, Tram T4), L' Avant Poste intends to establish itself over the next few months as an essential third-party workplace in Seine-Saint-Denis, bringing the department to life.
