Remember: in 2014, the Parc Zoologique de Paris finally reopened after six years of renovation. Inaugurated in 1934, the park needed a facelift to ensure the best possible living conditions for its animal species. Five bio-zones were thus created, to best represent the ecosystems present on the planet: Patagonia, Sahel-Sudan, Europe, Guyana and Madagascar, home to a total of almost 180 animal species. Ten years on, the Parc Zoologique de Paris continues to work on various animal protection missions around the world, and invites you to join the zoo teams in celebrating the anniversary of its reopening!
On the program? Anniversary-themed events are planned, including an exhibition retracing the highlights of the last ten years at Vincennes Zoo, as well as the traditional feedings and mediation provided by the zoo's caretakers, alongside the animals' enclosures.
