Bisou: the bar for personalized cocktails

Bisou is a cosy bar with a rosy façade that catches the eye of the curious. You enter as if you were friends, and then surprise! Where's the menu? Quite simply, there isn't one.

If there's one bar where you don't do anything like anyone else, it's Le Bisou. Its name makes you smile, and you'll keep that smile when you leave. The bucolic terrace, with its hanging plants, wooden logs and copper-trimmed tables, attracts passers-by like a magnet.

Inside, you'll discover a bar with a soft, nude-toned decor, created in collaboration with David Gaillard of Les Curieuses. Nipple-shaped lamps cast a subdued glow over a wall with a gold-leaf patina, and a marble bar with rows of spirits behind it. Even the toilets are worth a look, with their walls lined with pink flamingos!

This is where Nicolas Munoz, the big boss behind Bespoke, greets you with a smile, like a friend. His team is 100% bartenders and barmaids, passionate and, above all, super sociable. Here, people are on first-name terms, chatting, loving and enjoying. What's on the menu? There isn't one. Either you know what you want, or you try a mystery cocktail. But if you're leaning towards a mojito or a piña colada, don't expect to taste the classic version of these cocktails.

As we told you, here we don't do anything like everyone else. So, if you order a piña colada, you'll get a piña colada, but a kiss version, i.e. a melon Piña Colada with a delicate, grainy texture that looks like whipped cream and, on the palate, is as refreshing as a sorbet.

If you're leaning towards a mystery cocktail, you'll have to confide in us. What do you like about it? What do you hate? What's your mood? What are your desires? A few words are all it takes to inspire the team. A few minutes is all it takes to flatter your taste buds.

Each of these cocktails is accompanied by an edible flower in keeping with the bucolic spirit of the bar, but not only! Yes, this is an eco-friendly place. Here, we try not to do too much harm to the planet. That's why our ingredients are seasonal, French in origin and organic! Most of the ingredients are transformed into syrup to limit waste and produce as little waste as possible.

And if your stomach is rumbling, don't worry! The bar also offers several "small" plates. The address is vegan-friendly, so if you're vegan, rest assured: you can order the hummus with confidence, as it contains no animal ingredients. If you're not, we recommend the sardine rillettes. In any case, expect fairly generous doses: two of you will have a hard time coping.

In a nutshell? Personalized cocktails, fresh organic produce and, above all, a warm atmosphere... It's hard to beat that!
