We've already told you about Divine, the cocktail bar on rue d'Hauteville run by Nicolas Munoz, already head of Bisou. But we hadn't told you about its brunch! Every Sunday, from 12pm to 4pm, it's time to go on a food binge, with a generous helping of regressive small plates and a good cup of coffee!
For its new brunch, Divine has pulled out all the stops. Savory options include chicken & waffles, vegetarian croque-madame, chilaquiles, poached eggs with hashbrown and crispy bacon, and salmon gravlax toast with eggs and hollandaise sauce.
On the sweet side, try the funnel cake, a baked doughnut dough accompanied by homemade ricotta ice cream and bananas, pancakes with seasonal fruit and whipped cream, the caramel and red fruit waffle or the sweet ricotta toast with honey and roasted figs.
And to wash it all down, there's a list of delicious cocktails, as this is the house specialty, with a menu dedicated exclusively to brunch: bloody mary, michelada, carrot mimosa, or divine paloma with tequila, absinthe and dill syrup... And for those who need to cure their hangover with a shot of caffeine, no problem: the coffee selection comes from the Belleville burnery and the tea is a house blend.
