To treat yourself to a brunch with flavors from elsewhere, head to theGrand Amour hotel, from September 29 to December 1, 2019. The 10th arrondissement hotel is entrusting the reins of its brunch to a chef straight from California: young chef David Hoover.
Having worked at Café Patachou, a renowned brunch restaurant in Indiana - owned by his mother - and at Tartine Bakery in San Francisco, as well as running two restaurants, Crispy Bird and Bar Onefourteen, David Hoover is bringing a little of his American know-how and recipes back to the capital.
