We already told you about it, the
Arche Javel from the same family as
Rosa Bonheur will open soon. This sports complex which consists of a large
gym with physiotherapists and balneotherapy, a bar-restaurant, and a coffee shop, all around a
50m open-air swimming pool and a
rooftop solarium accompanied by an
overhead projector which promise superb animated evenings, is likely to attract the whole of Paris.
While waiting for its
opening planned for
July at the earliest, depending on the progress of the works and the equipment, it is the
guinguette terrace Rosé Piscine which faces it on the
edge of the Seine, which awaits you for a Rosé with the opening of the Piscine. This new spot has opened its doors for beautiful evenings and lively weekends. Located just outside the
Parc André Citroën on the Seine side on the
Port de Javel Bas in the
15th arrondissement, it's the ideal spot for those who come to laze around or climb aboard the
Generali balloon and then want to have a drink, a treat or enjoy the entertainment.
On the program this summer: aperitifs, DJ sets, concerts, outdoor sports classes, dancing, artistic and sports performances, film screenings, family activities and much more... it promises!
But what about the food? It must be said that sport is very tiring! On the menu,wood-fired pizzas and burrata made in Italy, but also gourmet boards at Fabio' s and Levantine cuisine with a choice of mezzes and pitas at Eatsy Bitsy. Count 10€ to 13€ for a pizza, Margarita, Vegetarian or Queen. The boards to share are 20€ in mixed version with cold cuts or vegetarian with cheese and vegetable.
For the Mezze, count 5,5€ for dips, turnovers or small bowls. A 14,5€ formula including a dip of your choice, a trio of turnovers and a small bowl of your choice is available. The chicken shawarma pitas or falafel with tahini sauce are 8,5€.
The bar offers beers, softs and special Rosé Piscine cocktails at 12€ like the Week-end Rhum (old rum, cherry liqueur, cramberry juice, pineapple syrup), the Cassis The End (vodka, blackcurrant cream, hibiscus syrup, basil and lemon juice) or the Billy Gin (gin, Aperol, elderberry liqueur, ginger beer, lime puree).
More than a simple bar or a simple terrace, Rosé Piscine wants to be a place of party where one comes to dance on DJ sets, to relax, to make sport and to release oneself. So, you go there to have a good time but also to sweat while working your cardio and your abs in the open air. You need to sculpt your dream body (in the making) or maintain your shape (at least to keep up appearances).
For the good plan not to be missed, note that the first sports classes are free
with registration.
