This summer, Parisians and tourists visiting the capital have plenty to do to relax and bask in the sun. Between bargeterraces, trendy terraces and chic terraces, there's something for everyone. But terraces high above the ground also have their fair share of fans... and the one on the Eiffel Tower is sure to be a hit.
To be discovered this summer, on the 1st floor of the Iron Lady, this ephemeral summer terrace offers a beautiful space for convivial relaxation. Perched at a height of 57m, the terrace features a convivial bar with cream and gold furniture, and is a haven of green peace. Here, you can enjoy artisanal French ice creams, French popcorn and assorted dried fruits from a local artisan, while enjoying a panoramic view of the capital. A giant screen, installed on the Champ-de-Mars side, broadcasts content relating to the Eiffel Tower's historic sporting exploits.
To encourage families to take part in sporting activities, the Eiffel Tower is offering a fun and educational trail featuring fifteen challenges and quizzes entitled "Le sais-tu?" ("Do you know?"). Participants are invited to do warm-up exercises, make the statue, or mimic the dancing Tower. An educational booklet, distributed to young visitors, retraces 135 years of sporting exploits at the Eiffel Tower through games and illustrations.
Lagardère and Arteum inaugurate an official Paris 2024 boutique on the forecourt of the Eiffel Tower. Featuring over 300 items, visitors can buy official Paris 2024 products, including caps, tote-bags, mugs and stationery. The boutique also offers an exclusive Olympic collection in collaboration with the Tour Eiffel brand.
Once on the second floor, we take the opportunity to buy tickets and discover the brand-new Immersive experience, Tour Eiffel Effect, which has the advantage of being free until July 22, 2024.
