Vesper launches its festive cocktail & sushi bar in Paris

This year, the Vesper Bar offers us a surprise with its new space: the Cocktail & Sushi Bar. Located in the heart of Paris, just a stone's throw from the Eiffel Tower, this place offers a combination of Nikkei cuisine and inventive cocktails, with or without alcohol.

What we love about Vesper is the marriage of flavors and cultures. Sushi Master Mitsuo Miyauchi, renowned for his expertise and creativity, offers a varied range of Sashimi, Maki, Nigiri and California Rolls prepared with fresh, seasonal produce. His expertise in preparing rice and choosing the perfect temperatures for each ingredient transforms every bite at Vesper into a refined experience.

This year, Vesper innovates by launching its Cocktail & Sushi Bar. It features a fine menu of original cocktails and mocktails , where each creation skilfully fuses a Japanese ingredient with one from South America. Cocktails like the Tatsu, Sayuri and Bushido are invitations to travel. Nabé, the host of the place, adds her friendly touch by giving you the warmest of welcomes.
