Eric Kayser opens a new bakery and tea room in the lively Bourse district.
Each place has its own personality. In this one, we've made room for a bit of whimsy, with a lovely contrast between the clean lines to showcase the products and the mismatched furniture, with leather armchairs and vintage tables... giving it a nice retro feel!
Asfor the bakery, breads are baked daily on site in the bakehouse. Like the others, this bakery has its own signature loaves: Les pains du Palais (a reference to the Palais Brongniart opposite). These are breads made by the slice, with wheat flour, liquid sourdough, gaude and Guérande salt.
You'll find 3 types:
On the pastry side, there are the traditional brownies, cookies, brioches, tarts... But on Place de la Bourse, financiers are the star of the show! Available in plain, pistachio or chocolate.
In the tearoom, you can eat at any time of day. No fewer than 40 seats welcome you, with a direct view of the Bourse. You have
