And... 11 for Bistrots Pas Parisiens. After Rueil-Malmaison, Suresnes and Colombes, the group whose mission is to open restaurants as beautiful as they are good in the Parisian suburbs has unveiled its new stop: Boulogne-Billancourt!
Restaurateur and entrepreneur Hakim Gaouaoui, head of Bistrots Pas Parisiens, has announced the opening, insummer 2024, of St Trop, a restaurant-barge on the banks of the Seine, moored at the newly renovated Boulogne-Legrand port, below the Quai Alphonse-Gallo.
With a capacity of 400 people, St Trop is set to become Boulogne-Billancourt's new "in" and gourmet venue, with decor by Gérard Ronzatti, already responsible for Rosa Bonheur sur Seine and Fluctuart. Electric boats may even be used to bring guests to the venue.
"The concept will follow on from Splash. In summer, we'll be using a waterside brazier concept, with grilled products. In winter, we'll be immersing customers in a mountain atmosphere," Hakim Gaououi told our colleagues at actu Hauts-de-Seine.
Prior to the opening of St Trop, Bistrots Pas Parisiens' Italian restaurant Coco Rocco opened in Puteaux.
