1 Place Vendôme, the restaurant of the Hôtel de Vendôme, reopens its doors in September, offering a new range of dining options. From now on, you can dine here all day long, from 12pm to 9pm.

That's it! It's back to school time for the Hôtel de Vendôme's 1 Place Vendôme restaurant.
To mark the occasion, after its summer closure, it's offering a new dining experience.
Indeed, as of September 4, 2018, it will be serving all day continuously from 12pm to 9pm to be precise.

Chef Josselin Marie has put together a menu that hotel guests, but also those from outside, will be able to come and discover All Day Long. He always buys from small producers who offer small quantities. He chooses them with meticulous care, and is very committed to offering "ecologically responsible" cuisine.
Products are always in season, of course, and the carbon footprint of each dish is scrupulously measured.

The menu features Brittany crab, grilled avocado and grapefruit confit; salmon, fregola sarda with parmesan and lime; Olivier Dandieux poultry, pomme grenaille and mushroom; and to finish on a sweet note, fig, port compote, hazelnut crumble and almond ice cream. Just to mention a few examples.

So if you'd like to discover chef Josselin Marie's cuisine in elegant surroundings at any time of day, head for 1 Place Vendôme.
