Blossom Burgers is the burger restaurant that's been the talk of the town since it opened in 2020. Located a stone's throw from the Gare de l'Est, it's the brainchild ofAlexandre Chapier - also the recent creator of Pin Pan - who drew inspiration for this address from the London concept of the burger spot: a place that marries burgers, beer and rock.
The result is a meticulous decor featuring music-related artworks, a rocking musical atmosphere and an open kitchen where you can enjoy the delicious smells as soon as you order. Blossom's menu features 8 devilishly naughty burgers, ranging from cheeseburgers to smash burgers , as well as vegetarian options for lovers and those concerned.
Blossom's burgers pack a punch, like the smashed Motzy (€11) inspired by American burger pro George Motz, with smashed Aubrac beef patty, aged English cheddar, grilled onions and pickles; or the Bacon Cheese (€12.90) with smoked brisket, secret sauce, aged English cheddar, lettuce and pickles. The vegetarian version includes a pulled pork-style veggie slice.
The result is perfectly mastered burgers, with meat that's ultra-soft on the inside and generously crispy on the outside, cheese that drips with flavour, and burgers that are as elegant as they are naughty.
To accompany them, you'll love the house fries (€4), cooked in two cooking baths and sprinkled with zaatar, the loaded fries (€5.90) with aged cheddar and sriracha sauce, or the dirty fries (€7.50) with smoked brisket, sriracha sauce and aged cheddar, which you happily dip in homemade sauces.
But Blossom Burgers is also about beers. On the menu are a dozen craft beers - white, blonde, IPA, sour and stout - carefully selected by Alexandre Chapier. In short, the restaurant of all pleasures!
