Chez Miam, an affordable gourmet burger joint in Saint-Ouen (93)

"I want to give people what I like, and above all, quality," explains Farid, an Audonien (the gentilé of Saint-Ouen, ed.) by birth, who opened Chez Miam, his convivial canteen, in 2018. Initially, the menu focused on crêpes, before adding his homemade burgers. Given the success of the latter, Chez Miam changed its menu to offer burgers almost exclusively, all at unbeatable prices.

Farid offers a wide choice of recipes: the timeless bestseller bacon cheddar and barbecue sauce, the healthier recipe with avocado and chicken cutlet, the pan-fried mushroom burger, the veggie burger, the Italian burger... And for each recipe, you can change the meat on your burger: choose from ground steak, fried chicken, breaded cutlet or veggie (€1 supplement). The entire menu is homemade, from sauces and fries to drinks, desserts and burgers, all certified hallal. For drinks, we recommend the hibiscus juice (also known as bissap) or the homemade lemonade. In addition to burgers, you'll also find hot dogs, fish&chips, chorba (oriental soup) and other house specialties that have endured. If you've got any room left, we'd also recommend the desserts, with tiramisu and gourmet chocolate mousse.

At lunchtime, you can expect to pay €9.90 for a lunchtime menu (burger + fries + drink) or between €6.50 and €8.50 for a burger on its own, and between €11 and €12 (approx.) for the evening menu. On the side, you can opt for fries or salad. A warm welcome, small prices and home-cooked food: if you live in or pass through Saint-Ouen, we highly recommend this very pleasant address!
