Vincent, Flo and Edouard, 3 friends in life, who have already worked together in a restaurant in the 6th arrondissement, have decided to set up shop in this new and changing district of the 17th. Originally from Normandy, they wanted to create their own concept and above all pay tribute to their grandfather, "dad". That's why they opened this place, Café Dad, and made it a place whereyou feel like home!
In a brand new street, in a brand new building, is Café Dad.
It offers 3 worlds with a very spacious ground floor, a south facing terrace and a more intimate first floor. There is also a "Dad room" that can accommodate 10 people.
The decoration is full of colors with velvet chairs, a stone printed floor, blue-grey walls with touches of bright orange, a beautiful zinc bar... All lit by a well of natural light.
It welcomes you from 8am to 1am without interruption, and proposes formulas for all the moments of the day.everything is home made and the slate changes every day. The cuisine is simple but fair and tasty, as their grandfather taught them! The cuisine is that of a brasserie to which the 3 acolytes have added a few flavors from elsewhere with, for example, the Gravlax salmon, the plump Cantal Burger or the Osso Bucco. Among the sweets, there is the salted butter caramel panna cotta, the pineapple carpaccio or the rum mousse and its spicy syrup. Every day, you have on the slate the "return of the market". The formulas are attractive like the breakfast at 5,50€. Happy hours and tapas to nibble every evening from 5:30 to 7:30 pm.
Office and neighborhood customers, tourists passing through... are attracted by this new friendly and gourmet café where you feel at home. Special mention to the sunny terrace all day long!
