From December 16, 2023 to April 21, 2024, Hangar Y will be presenting Taking the Sun, an exhibition devoted to the star that has been lighting up our planet for millions of years. Housed in a former airship hangar transformed into a cultural venue in Meudon, the exhibition explains what the sun is and what it does...
In addition to the scientific explanation of what the sun is, the exhibition also features a number of activities for children. From guided tours and creative workshops tomeetings with researchers from the Centre national de la recherche scientifique (CNRS), there's plenty to explore, study and learn more about this very special star that we know so little about. So, to accompany your visit to Hangar Y, Paris Mômes is offering a brand new, free booklet-game, to be downloaded online, to follow children aged 6 to 12 during their visit to the Hangar. Anecdotes, riddles, crosswords or drawings: it's an opportunity to discover each work in the exhibition Taking the Sun through a more playful and participative approach, perfect for the youngest visitors.
