Julien Alvarez, Pastry Chef at Le Bristol Paris, is offering us a very gourmet log, with vanilla and cocoa, for this 2019 holiday season.

Once again, the Hôtel du Bristol Paris wants to dazzle us this holiday season 2019, with an exclusive program. Among the events not to be missed is, of course, the discovery and tasting of the traditional Yule log.

This year, the palace's Pastry Chef Julien Alvarez unveils a pretty, colorful and gourmet log, bearing the iconic Bristol seal .

This cocoa-vanilla entremets, to be broken up and shared with the whole family, features a crunchy bar of cocoa nibs (roasted bean chips), topped with roasted vanilla and gilded with caramelized white chocolate. Hard to resist...

Gourmets will find this incredible log by Julien Alvarez exclusively at the Bristol Paris, in a limited edition, priced at €110 per log for 6 to 8 people.
