This year's Yule logs promise to be beautiful and tasty, but also original! The proof is in this 2019 festive creation imagined by Maison de la Truffe.
Now owned by the Caviar Kaspia Group, the famous Maison de a Truffe, which has several establishments in Paris, has chosen to team up with Gilles Marchal to tantalize your taste buds this winter.
Gilles Marchal, named Pâtissier of the Year in 2004 and awarded the Medal of the City of Paris in 2008, has created a log with a surprising and tantalizing marriage of chocolate and black truffle.
Composed of Caribbean chocolate (66%), a praline dacquoise made from hazelnuts, almonds and gavottes, and a creamy bourbon vanilla infusion flavored with Melanosporum Black Truffle, this log can be enjoyed alone or shared, between 4 and 6 people.
To discover and taste this 2019 Christmas log, visit La Maison de la Truffe restaurants and workshops from December 12.
