Pastry chef Sébastien Serveau has just opened his patisserie-chocolaterie in Versailles, called Pâtisserie Fine. Alongside modern and classic pastries, travel cakes, macaroons, Grands Crus chocolate bars and other spreads, the chef is also unveiling other creations for winter.
For the 2020 festive season, pastry chef Sébastien Serveau is offering several 2020 Yule logs, available in 6- and 8-person formats.
