A discreet figure in the French pastry world, chef Sébastien Serveau has just opened his own pastry-chocolate shop in Ile-de-France. Named Pâtisserie Fine and located in Versailles, this new sweet spot is the result of a close collaboration between the pastry chef, his wife Barbara Serveau and the designer Sylvie Amar .
A candidate in more than 30 national and international competitions and winner of numerous awards, Sébastien Serveau has worked in the kitchens of many great houses - the Ritz, the Costes group, Jean-Paul Hévin, Dalloyau.
At Pâtisserie Fine, the sweet wonders are prepared with the best raw materials: IGP Piedmont hazelnuts, Valrhona chocolate, Charentes Poitou PDO butter, Madagascar and Tahitian vanilla, free-range eggs, flour from the Moulin de Versailles and coffee from Saveurs des Comptoirs.
Note that the laboratory is located at the back of the store: all the creations are therefore imagined, created and sold in one place.
At Pâtisserie Fine, two gourmet worlds meet. The Pâtisserie universe with classic and modern pastries in small cakes and to share, macaroons, travel cakes, petit fours; and theChocolate and Confectionery universe with nice boxes of chocolate sweets (ganaches, pralines, caramels...), chocolate bars, truffles, chocolate sweets, spreads, caramel spreads and other jams.
Let's go, we reveal you some signature creations, to be found on the spot: the Lady Grey (just divine with its mixture of chocolate which marries marvelously with the power of the earl grey), the Orangery or the Saint Louis, but also the Montblanc way éclair, the Lemon Tart, the Mille-feuille or even a Chocolate Tart!
