Together, they have imagined the Bûche Lanterne that will create a sensation at your Christmas table. This original log takes its inspiration from the Nomade dessert in the latest Top Chef competition.
A veritable lantern accompanied by its own candle, this Christmas log is hidden in its dark chocolate case , and encloses a dessert combining orange blossom, pistachio, basil and lemon on a bed of Breton shortbread. Fresh, light and tangy, this log is the perfect end to a hearty meal.
Note that the dome of this beautiful lantern is made up of dried fruit and citrus zest . A perfect accompaniment to coffee and tea at the end of a meal, or even the day after the festivities.
