Christmas Market 2024 in Chilly-Mazarin (91)

With Christmas just around the corner, there are more and more Christmas markets being advertised - the ideal way to find the one nearest you before it gets underway, and to plan original gifts for the whole family! In the Essonne department, head for Chilly-Mazarin, in the Parc de l'Hôtel-de-ville, to discover a lively market, with some forty exhibitors passionate about their craft, on the weekend of November 30 and December 1, 2024.

Cosmetics, accessories, Christmas decorations, delicacies, leather goods, honey, candles, stationery, paintings, games, jewelry, flowers and perfumes - there's something for everyone! But there's also entertainment for the whole family, in the magic of Christmas, with Santa Claus, a make-up stand, a merry-go-round and creative workshops with our entertainers.

Over the weekend, children and parents can enjoy treasure hunts, illuminations, Christmas tales, wonderful shows and concerts, before a well-deserved hot chocolate or mulled wine!

The weekend program

Saturday, November 30th

• 2.45pm and 4.45pm - Le Cirque de Noël: open your eyes wide, listen carefully and enjoy the lively strolls of Compagnie Soukha throughout the afternoon.
• 5:30 p.m. - Launch of the illuminations: meet in front of Hôtel-de-Ville for the illuminations, followed by the astonishing fantasy and light show, "White World".
• 2.15pm, 5pm and 6pm - Bubble Sculptor: an enchanting experience where gigantic, colorful bubbles swirl through the air!

Sunday, December 1st

• 2:15pm, 3:45pm and 5:15pm - Harmony Graces: Carine, Rachel and Eloïse offer a strolling concert with a mix of gospel and carols celebrating the festive season.
• 3 & 4:30pm - La Féérie Céleste: a Christmas show combining dance, captivating visuals and aerial poetry.
• 3.15pm and 4.45pm - Music & dance: the Portuguese folklore group from Breuillet (ACP91) presents its colorful traditional Portuguese show.
