One of the most beautiful and exceptionalEaster egg creations of 2024 is that of Michael Bartocetti, pastry chef at the Four Seasons Hotel Georges V.
The Four Seasons Hotel George V in Paris is offering a unique gourmet Easter experience this year, with chocolate creations by pastry chef Michael Bartocetti. In addition to the sublime tea-time from March 22 to April 1, the Easter egg has been revisited in the form of a flower bud.
Michael Bartocetti's egg is most original. It's made with 75% Tulakulum dark chocolate from Belize. This chocolate is known for its balance and fruity notes. We love this beautiful creation, which symbolizes renewal and the arrival of spring.
As you'd expect, this creation isn't just beautiful to look at, it's also ultra-gourmand. The chocolate petals conceal a heart of praline. This year, the chef has decided to vary the pleasures by proposing three flavors of praliné, each referring to a season. The pecan and caramel praline adds a touch of sweetness, while the lavender and almond blend evokes the lightness of spring. For a more summery note, pistachio and orange zest praliné offers a pleasant freshness. Each of these flavors is designed to evoke the sensations associated with the different seasons of the year. Depending on which side you're on, you'll be treated to pistachio, almond or pecan.
In short, a single creation that lets you taste 3 different flavors - what a great idea! Are we hooked?
