The European Heritage Days are back this weekend. To mark the occasion, 8 future stations of the Grand Paris Express will be opening their doors to the public free of charge. Join us this Saturday, September 21, 2024, to visit the construction sites of the Arcueil - Cachan station, the Le Bourget Aéroport station and the La Courneuve Six-Routes station. Here's everything you need to know.

Considered the " backbone " of the Grand Paris Express, line 14 was extended to the north and south on June 24. Orly airport can now be reached from Saint-Denis Pleyel in just 40 minutes.

But the work is far from over for the Société des grands projets, in charge of the design and development of the Grand Paris Express, as 4 new metro lines are expected in the next few years in the Paris region: lines 15, 16, 17 and 18.

As work continues on the 60 or so new stations, Société des grands projets is taking advantage of the European Heritage Days to open the doors of 8 of them to the general public. Join us this Saturday, September 21, 2024, to discover the construction sites of 8 Grand Paris Express stations, including the Arcueil - Cachan station, the Le Bourget Aéroport station and the eagerly-awaited La Courneuve Six-Routes station. What's on the agenda? A visit to the construction sites, as well as architectural and artistic activities in the heart of the stations.

Please note that tours of each station are free of charge and do not require registration. Tours will run from 9:30 am to 6 pm. However, " on-site reception will be subject to availability " and " mediation will be carried out in groups of around 20 people ".
