A declaration posted as a reply to a tweet from President Emmanuel Macron telling about a very rich exchange between international players as an answer to COVID-19. “We shall build together, around the WHO, a strong initiative based on diagnoses, treatments and vaccines accessible to all. coordination. Acceleration. Justice. To save lives” he added.
