You need a vacation? It's only natural! Even if Paris is a magnificent city full of assets, living there on a daily basis is sometimes a test of endurance. The City of Paris offers you a little help of 200 euros to go on holiday, in France or abroad. But to be eligible, you must be between 16 and 30 years old, live in the capital and have an independent vacation project lasting more than 3 days!
For the winter vacations, you missed the boat, but for the spring holidays, you are on time! You must submit your application before March 24, 2023 on the dedicated website, prove that you live in Paris and that you have reserved accommodation. All types of accommodation are eligible: campsites, hostels, resorts, hotels... Within the framework of the Paris Jeunes Vacances program, it is possible to leave alone or accompanied by up to 5 friends, who can all apply if they are concerned. And if you plan to go away outside of the school vacations, it also works!
These vacation vouchers can be applied for every year until the age of 30. All applications are studied by the city's Youth and Sports Department and then sent to the borough halls, which organize a commission. If you are one of the lucky ones, you will have to collect the precious sesame at the Régie Générale de Paris. A word of advice: make sure that your accommodation accepts vacation vouchers!
