Metro traffic on line 13 will be modified on February 26, 2023. On its social networks, RATP explains that it is carrying out a full-scale test in order to " improve the transport offer ". To do so, the company is disconnecting the Asnières-Gennevilliers branch this Sunday from 2pm to 9pm.
For the duration of this experiment, all trains will run to Saint-Denis-Université, from Châtillon-Montrouge, and vice versa. Usually, only one train out of two goes to the Saint-Denis-Université terminus.
On the Asnières-Gennevilliers branch, note that trains will only run between Asnières and La Fourche.

But then, how to get to Asnières-Gennevilliers Les Courtilles from Châtillon-Montrouge? Passengers will have no choice but to get off at La Fourche station to change platforms and take another train. In order to help users with their journey, station agents will be dispatched to the site.
As reported in Le Parisien, this full-scale test should enable RATP to increase capacity to the Stade de France in the run-up to the 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
Moreover, this day of February 26, 2023 was not chosen at random. This Sunday, the Stade de France will host the Six Nations Tournament with a match between the French team and Scotland. It remains to be seen whether this experiment conducted by RATP will be successful or not.
