Paris 2024 Olympics: the RN118 partially closed this weekend due to the marathon

Many roads will be closed this weekend in the capital and its neighboring departments, due to the Marathon and Marathon pour Tous of these Paris 2024 Olympic Games. And the N118 is particularly affected!

If you have to use the N118 this weekend... well, avoid it and find an alternative, because it's going to close for a good portion of this weekend of August 10 and 11, 2024, marathon event obliges! Numerous traffic restrictions are in place in the capital and the Yvelines département, particularly impacted by the Marathon and Marathon pour Tous route, which starts after the official event.

Dirif has announced that the RN118 will be closed in both directions between the Pont de Sèvres in Boulogne-Billancourt (Hauts-de-Seine) and Vélizy-Villacoublay (Yvelines), between 3 a.m. on Saturday and 1 p.m. on Sunday. Particularly busy and often congested, this trunk road provides access to western Paris, the A86 freeway and the A10 motorway.
