A new gourmet Halle Biltoki opens in Rueil-Malmaison in the Hauts-de-Seine department

A Halle Biltoki will open its doors in Rueil-Malmaison in December 2025, right in the heart of the Arsenal eco-district, on Place Line Renaud. This 3,200 m² covered market will host 24 merchants and offer a unique gourmet experience, featuring fresh produce and food courts. We tell you all about it.

After a number of successes in France, Biltoki is back in the Hauts-de-Seine region after Issy-les-Moulineaux, with a hall that promises to become a veritable living space.

Nestled in the Arsenal eco-district, Halle Biltoki, currently under construction, will extend over 3,200 m², replacing the former NATO hall, to offer Rueillois and local strollers a warm and friendly space. On the program: 24 independent retailers, selected for the quality of their products and their expertise, ready to delight gourmets with fresh, seasonal produce and artisanal specialties.

Conceived as a true meeting place, this hall will offer both market stalls and areas for on-site tasting, with open-access tables and animated counters. An immersive experience in the world of flavors, just like the other Biltoki halls, which have met with great success throughout France. All in a warm, modern setting, conducive to tasting and conviviality.

Place Line Renaud is being transformed into a veritable pole of attraction. This large 5,000 m2 space will be home to new shops, trees for a touch of greenery, and is already home to a futuristic panoramic restaurant on stilts , where you can now enjoy the cuisine of Danny Khezzar in Paris. Monsieur Claude is the name of the new Bistrots Pas Parisiens restaurant that has just opened its doors. The view from the restaurant's rooftop offers a breathtaking view of the emerging Halle Gourmande.
