This year, we're celebrating the arrival of theYear of the Snake. To celebrate this new year in style, Chef Yu Gang, for Imperial Treasure, has devised a menu combining traditional and emblematic dishes, for a high-flying gastronomic experience. It's an opportunity to let yourself be carried away by the menu and make some wonderful discoveries.
