In Paris, the Maison des Canaux is celebrating the games in style from the banks of the Canal de l'Ourcq. This hot spot is home to theMaison des économies sociales, solidaires et circulaires (House ofSocial, Solidarity and Circular Economies ), and manages to offer us both a festive and committed program during the 2024 Paris Olympics. A whole festival of activities and events is in store at this hot spot in Paris's 19th arrondissement.
Here, you'll be able to follow all the Olympic Games events, starting with the Opening Ceremony at (please note that the venue closes at 9pm), but that's not all! Concerts, workshops, sports initiations and much more are on the program, all of which will be viewed through the prism of sustainable development through the Festival Solidaire et Circulaire des Jeux (Solidarity and Circular Games Festival).
It's also an opportunity to discoverYann Arthus Bertrand's exhibition "On peut faire le bien, on peut même en vivre", open 24 hours a day. Opposite the Canal de l'Ourcq, a 0-waste refreshment bar designed by a local cooperative awaits you on the Canaux terrace. Last but not least, the Maison des Canaux also invites you to discover its immersive trail, which takes you behind the scenes of the Olympic venues, through the innovations and sustainable approaches that went into their construction.
