The Parc des Jeux in La Courneuve is pulling out all the stops to round off the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games in style. Join us on Friday September 6, Saturday September 7 and Sunday September 8 at Parc Georges-Valbon for three festive days of sporting activities, fireworks and concerts!
Saturday, September 7 will end with a fireworks display. Sunday, September 8, will be marked by the presence of Bigflo et Oli. The famous duo from Toulouse, who sold out Paris La Défense Arena in December 2023, are scheduled to give a free concert at the Parc des Jeux in La Courneuve on September 8.
Needless to say, this musical event by Bigflo & Oli, which is free to attend and requires no reservation, is likely to draw a large crowd in the 93 district. So, a word of advice: don't arrive late. We don't yet know the exact time of the set, but it should take place " in the early afternoon ", according to the Seine-Saint-Denis departmental council, as reported in Le Parisien.
We remind you that the Parc des Jeux is the huge fan zone installed in La Courneuve since the start of the Paris 2024 Olympic Games. During the Olympics, the Parc des Jeux enabled the residents of Seine-Saint-Denis and the surrounding area to vibrate to the rhythm of the various sporting events and enjoy multiple free concerts. Gazo, Adèle Castillon, Soolking and Magic System set the fan zone alight.
For the Paralympic Games, the Parc des Jeux is offering three exclusive days on September 6, 7 and 8; three days that will mark the end of the Paralympic Games.
Sunday will also be marked by the arrival ofFrench Olympic and Paralympic athletes at 1pm. Another highlight not to be missed on September 8? The Paralympic marathon, which sets off from La Courneuve at 8am.
