The Parc Départemental Georges-Valbon in La Courneuve, known as one of the largest in Seine-Saint-Denis, has been chosen to host the festivities organized by the Département during the Olympic Games. This 400-hectare green space, the only urban park in Europe classified Natura 2000, is expected to welcome thousands of people every day.
From July 25 to August 11, and then from September 6 to 8 for the Paralympic Games! 8sports activities will be on offer, with no fewer than 30 different activities each day. Various facilities will be set up for the occasion, including a climbing wall, skate park, surf wave and 3×3 basketball court, as well as canoeing and sailing on the lake. Initiations to dance (break dance, salsa, afro dance, Zumba...) will also be offered.

The Parc des Jeux will also be a great place to celebrate, with some unique evening events!
A big party is planned for thearrival of the Olympic flame at around 7:30pm, and a giant concert by Gazo and Adèle Castillon!
Then, numerous events are planned throughout the Olympic Games, including 8 giant concerts already announced with the presence of Chilla, Bianca Costa and Doria on August 3, singer Soolking on August 4, DJ Abdel on August 10, before a concert by Magic System and their phenomenal " Feel the magic in the air ", on August 11.
Alongside the sports and festivities, the Parc des Jeux will be the venue for thecultural Olympiad's shows and events. Already announced are shows by the Kivuko and Lamento companies, a concert by the local symphony orchestra Divertimento, and the Aldébara company, which will perform Toute l'histoire des JO en 2024 secondes... La Baguette company, Les 5 anneaux perdus. Circus fans will also enjoy the presence of theAcadémie Fratellini.
The Parc des Jeux will be open from 2pm to 10pm, and until midnight on concert nights, with entertainment, food and drink, and even a childcare service at the end of the day so that parents can enjoy the party.
In addition to the Games Park, Seine-Saint-Denis is planning 28 celebration sites!
Each site will offer a rich and varied program of sports activities, team support (Games broadcasts, sports initiations), food and drink, relaxation and parties: concerts, cultural activities...
