Almost a decade after captivating gamers on PS4, Until Dawn returns to haunt your screens in a remastered version! The game's release date was announced at the PlayStation State of Play conference on August 14. Expected on October 4, 2024, the game will be released on PC and PS5. Pre-orders have been available since August 21.
This classic narrative horror game, created by Supermassive Games, plunges us back into the harrowing atmosphere of the Blackwood Mountains, where a group of friends face unimaginable horrors. This revival offers fans and newcomers alike a chance to live or relive this adventure.

The remastered version, developed by Ballistic Moon, features numerous improvements. Animations have been revisited to enhance the original performances by actors including Hayden Panettiere (Heroes...) and Brett Dalton (Marvel's Agents of SHIELD...). Environments, characters and even sound effects have been reworked for a more immersive experience. A richer palette of tonal colors and an improved camera offer new perspectives and interactions in the game. Mark Korven's reworked soundtrack, in conjunction with licensed music, adds a final touch to the terrifying atmosphere.
Until Dawn 's script remains faithful to the original, while exploring new emotional passages. With its rather pretty graphics (judging by the trailer), Until Dawn Remastered aims to be one of the year's must-haves for fans of the horror genre.
