Something new for Astro Bot! The little robot from the PS5 is back with five new speedrun levels in the game, to be deployed progressively from October 17 to November 14, 2024. These brand-new levels will test players' skills in a variety of courses, starting with the"Turbo Works" level. Each new week will unveil a new challenge, allowing players to rescue special bots and test their performance via an online leaderboard.
The first level, available from October 17, takes you through a city in the clouds, accompanied by the bulldog booster Barkster. This is followed by"Glisse Glaciale" on October 24,"Promenade Propulsée" on October 31,"Gonflé à bloc!" on November 7 and"Montée du Mercure" on November 14. These levels offer a variety of challenges, from mechanical obstacles to aerial platforms, while adding new bots to rescue at each stage.
Team Asobi has specified that these new updates will be available at no extra cost. " We'd like to thank you once again for all the love and support you show Astro Bot, it means a lot to us," said the team in announcing the content additions. Players can look forward to new rescue missions, with a few more surprises to come!
