Following the success of his first pop-up at Galeries Lafayette Champs-Elysées last year, Lebanese ice cream maker Bachir is back until May 20 to treat strollers on the legendary avenue.
Almost a century after the first Bachir ice cream recipes were developed by their grandparents, the founders' granddaughters are now carrying on the tradition, inviting you to discover the unique flavor and texture of the ice creams of their Lebanese summers. For years, Bachir has been delighting the palates of young and old alike with his unique achta (milk flower), rose andalmond recipes, made with certified organic ingredients. And for those with a sweet tooth, pistachio slivers and whipped cream accompany the ice creams.
After the sweetness of Bachir's ice creams, there's more thrills to come with the new New Era x Alpine pop-up. Until May 20, come and challenge your friends on the driving simulator and support the Alpine team with the brand's new racing caps. It's an immersive, sporty experience for all ages.
Want to discover the creations of tomorrow?
