After several successful editions, the Mud Day is now largely part of the most unmissable obstacle races in France.
Launched by Amaury Sport Organisation (A.S.O) in 2013, this fun and sporting event has won over a large audience and will take place this year in several French cities, including Beynes in the Paris region, on Saturday 13 and Sunday 14 June 2020.
It is in the military camp of Frileuse (Yvelines) and on a course of 13km that the courageous Mud Guys will throw themselves into the mud, to come once again to rub up against some 22 obstacles carefully prepared by the organization. Not only does this event offer an important physical and mental challenge, it also aims to encourage solidarity between participants.
For the less adventurous, it is also possible to try the new 7K course, of 7km and including 11 obstacles.
Here is a list of some of the most popular obstacles:
Like every year, a Mud Day village is set up at the event site. Participants can find many activities (warm-up and stretching sessions) as well as food and beverage outlets.
